Set of 2 Art Deco Oak “L.O.V. Oosterbeek” Haagse School chairs with original green seatings. The L.O.V. Oosterbeek Haagse school chairs are known for their sturdy character and were made in The Netherlands, in the small town of Oosterbeek. The design of the chairs was inspired by the American architect Frank Lloyd Wight.
Entrepreneur Gerrit Pelt started and ran the furniture manufacturing company in Oosterbeek from 1910-1935. He worked with several talented designers and he let all the furniture signed with L.O.V. (Labor Omnia Vincit = Work Conquers All).
