A near-matching pair of antique French giltwood wall mirrors, dating to the late 19th century.

The rectangular wooden frames have warm aged gold finishes with wide moulded profiles and decorative inner borders around the new mirror glass. The two mirrors are very similar in style and appearance, with small differences in the moulding and dimensions that give each frame its own character.

The aged gilt finish shows natural wear, surface marks and small areas of loss that add to their antique character. The warm gold tone works beautifully in both classic and contemporary interiors.
